Returns Policy

At EU Meds, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you wish to return your items, here’s how you can do so:

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition for a full refund. Prescription medications are non-returnable, except in the case of a fault or incorrect delivery.

  • Exceptions to the Returns Policy:
    Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including:

    • Prescription medications
    • Opened health products or supplements
    • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

How to Return Your Order

  2. Pack Your Items:

  3. Return Shipping Costs:
    If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost. However, if you’re returning the product for other reasons, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us immediately upon receipt (within 7 days). We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement or issue a refund for the cost of the item, along with any return shipping fees.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you need.
